  • How to personalize a schoolbag?
    To customize your satchel, go to the fabric gallery page to choose your color and pattern preferences. Then on the Binder's shop page, indicate your preferences in the drop-down menus provided for this purpose. Don't forget your child's first name! Validate, it's ordered!
  • Je ne sais pas quels tissus choisir ?
    Aucun problème, je suis là pour vous aider ! Lors de votre commande, notez dans les observations une demande d'aide pour choisir vos tissus, je vous re contacterais rapidement pour vous accompagner au mieux dans votre choix.
  • I made a mistake in personalizing my order.
    No problem, you can let me know your error quickly via the chat at the bottom right of your screen, or via the contact form. No modifications will be accepted once the manufacture of the personalized product has started.
  • Can I cancel my custom order?
    After placing your order on the site, you can cancel it only if it has not been launched in production. To do this, please make the request as soon as possible using the contact form or by email at If the production of your order has already started, then there will be no right of withdrawal possible, but we will necessarily be able to find a solution. In case of possible cancellation, you will then be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • What are the shipping times?
    Production times vary from a few days for products in stock to 3 weeks for custom orders. Once the order has been shipped, shipping times are 3 days to 1 week depending on the place of shipment and the carrier chosen. In all cases, you will be notified by email of the progress of your order.
  • What are the possible shipping methods ?
    There are several shipping methods for sending your order. They are available on the Shipping page located at the bottom of the page. If you live near Efemera, in Annecy, or Geneva, a personal delivery is possible. Please contact me to arrange an appointment. For any questions, please use the contact form or the dialogue box located at the bottom right of your screen.
  • I am buying several items, what will be the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the total weight of your order.
  • I would like to be delivered to a country that is not listed on the shipping page
    There are so many destinations that I didn't write them all down. But come talk to me directly. We will find a solution and the best rate for you. Either by chat (purple box at the bottom right) Either via the contact form.
  • Le prénom sur le cartable se décolle
    Il vous est possible de faire une demande par écrit accompagnée de photos faisant foi à l'adresse - Si la demande est faite dans l'année suivant l'achat, un prénom sera re découpé et envoyé gratuitement à l'acheteur par courrier accompagné d'une fiche explicative d'application du nouveau prénom. - Si la demande est faite plus d'un an après la réception du produit, la procédure sera facturée 5€ à l'acheteur.
